We offer a choice between two park home insurance policies. Our top-quality ‘Select’ policy offers a wide-ranging cover, so if you’re looking for total peace of mind, then we recommend this option. However, if you’d rather save money, then our ‘Economy Policy’ may suit you better.
Park homes offer a distinctive lifestyle; their construction is unique, the ownership model is unique, and the community lifestyle differs. Our insurance policies have all been carefully designed; they’re based upon over 60 years of experience in the park home market and many discussions with park homeowners.
We know that owning a park home is not just about having a place to live; it’s also about enjoying the great outdoors. That’s why we offer flexible insurance options so you can choose how much coverage you need.
Both policies provide cover for a replacement as a new base, designed to replace your house and its contents with their new equivalent in the event of an entire loss. They will both protect the most crucial perils, including fire, storm, flood, and theft, and also include other benefits such as freezer contents, replacement locks, alternative accommodation, public liability insurance, and a free and bespoken park home legal advice helpline and 24-hour home emergency assistance.
Most park home policies exclude loss or damage caused by rodents. Rat damage can be extensive; indeed, a house was damaged beyond economical repair due to rodent damage in 2018. The ‘Select’ policy includes loss and/or damage caused by rodents such as rats and mice, including those that cause structural damage.
We recognise the importance of local and national park home resident associations and offer members a 15% discount on their homeowner’s insurance policy. We also offer a 15% ‘Select Park’ discount to residents who live within one of our select parks – including those operated by Turner’s, Tingdene, and Birch’s.
We’re here to help you on weekdays, 9 am – 5 pm. Park Home Insurance covers your home, so you have peace of mind.

Our Policies
Our premiums are heavily influenced by the age of the park home; it has been our experience, shared by other insurers too, that older homes represent a higher risk than newer homes in terms of the cost and frequency of claims; for this reason, higher rates apply for homes built before 1995. The premiums for our ‘Select’ policy reflect the very high levels of cover and benefits provided by that policy – including no policy excess, accidental damage, vermin cover, legal expenses and 24-hour Home Emergency Assistance. The lower premiums for the ‘Economy’ policy reflect lower levels of cover with policy excesses, no vermin cover or legal expenses and limited accidental damage cover.
Because park homeowners are different, because they have different expectations and different budgets, we have carefully designed two park home insurance policies which we hope will allow you to choose the right one for you: Economy & Select.
Park homes offer a unique lifestyle; their construction is different, the ownership model is different, and the community lifestyle is different. Our insurance policies have been carefully designed; they are based upon over 60 years of experience in the park home marketplace and many conversations with park home residents.
Both policies provide cover on a replacement as a new basis, designed to replace your home and its contents with their brand-new equivalent in the event of a total loss. They will both cover the most important perils such as fire, storm, flood, theft and the escape of water and will include other benefits such as freezer contents, replacement locks, alternative accommodation, public and property owners’ liability and, importantly, 24-hour home emergency assistance and a free and bespoke park home legal advice helpline.
Most park home policies exclude loss or damage caused by vermin, typically rats and mice. Vermin damage can be very extensive; indeed, a park home was damaged beyond economical repair as a result of rat damage in 2018. The ‘Select’ policy includes loss or damage caused by vermin such as rats and mice.
Personal Possessions away from home – Optional Cover
Personal Possessions – optional cover is available in respect of personal possessions normally worn or carried about the person away from home, e.g. jewellery, glasses, cameras, laptops, golf and fishing equipment. For example, adding £1,000 to cover the above premiums would increase by approximately £20 on the standard premium and approximately £16 on the discounted premium.
